Nutrition Sessions this Fall?

Would you be interested in an information session around healthy eating?  Do you struggle with how to eat healthy all week when you are busy, traveling or need to eat out frequently?  Do you need help organizing the week's meals? Do you know what to look for when reading labels? Do you understand the dangers of eating too much sugar & how to recognize sugars and all it's derivatives?  Do you know how to get a variety of healthy fats in your diet? If there's enough interest I'll hold a 1-2 hour session in September.  I'd prepare a few of my favorite recipes, and of course share the recipes.  I'll also provide handouts and a grocery list template.

Congrats!   & Special mention to.....

  • Judy G continues to increase her weight training and is now benching 105 lbs!  holy -- this girl is hard to keep up with!

  • Beth continues to lose and is down another 4.0 lbs and 0.5% body fat this month.

  • Karen also continues on her quest & is down another 8 this month.
  • Christine has set a goal to press 75% of her body weight.  & maybe she is trying to catch Judy.
  • MS. Sandra lost 1.3% body fat this month, well on her way to ideal weight by Nov.
  • Joanne continues to lose body fat and shrink her body - - down 5 lbs this month.
  • Justine is doing so well -- 5.8 lbs & 2% body fat this month!
  • Emily & Josee are both  down 1% body fat this month
  • Anik's training started mid month and she's already down 4.6 lbs!

Congratulations to all of you, I urge you to continue on your journey to a healthier life style.  Enjoy the empowerment that physical activity provides and remember all the great things your doing for yourself - lowering cholesterol, preventing diabetes and heart disease.  Exercise is the best gift you can give yourself.
