While we at FitNut love our root vegetables of the winter, we are also anticipating the warm weather and fresh spring greens. Not only are they delicious, they're also good for you! Recipe of the Month:
Asian Radish Slaw
 Radishes are better known for their distinct peppery taste, but they are actually good sources of vitamin C and potassium. Radishes take centre stage in this crunchy, low-calorie salad, which uses rice vinegar to bring it a pleasant, tart flavour. Serve it with grilled fish and brown rice for an Asian-inspired meal.
