March is Nutrition Month - www.dietitians.ca
March is Nutrition Month! Like last year, the theme is Celebrate food... from field to table! While the emphasis in 2010 was on local food and how our food is produced, this year, the focus shifts to the "table" and eating together as a family.

To celebrate, Dietitians of Canada has just released a new cookbook called Cook! which features 275 easy, healthy and delicious recipes, including Garden Patch Muffins by one of FitNut's dietitians, Vincci Tsui. The cookbook is available directly from FitNut for $25 plus tax.

March 16 marks the second annual National Dietitians Day! A day to celebrate the profession and promote dietitians as the best choice for evidence-based advice on proper eating, good nutrition and healthy living. Click over to our website to meet our talented team of dietitians!

To your health!
