AHIP is an independent non-profit that repairs, rehabs and manages homes for our low-income neighbors in central Virginia. For 35 years, AHIP has helped more than 2,000 local families stay safe, warm and dry in their homes.

AHIP's 5th Annual House Party Raises $25,000!

Dear Friends,

Our 5th Annual House Party and 35th Birthday Celebration was a smash success! We were honored by more than 200 people who joined us at the Paramount Theater on September 29th.

I want to thank everyone who sponsored, contributed, attended and offered kind words for AHIP on our 35th birthday.

On behalf of the more than 5,000 people AHIP has assisted over the last three and a half decades, and on behalf of the more than 500 families currently awaiting repairs to their homes, thank you for being a friend of AHIP—and a good neighbor to your neighbors who are most in need.

We are looking forward to the next 35 years!
