I am now 19 weeks pregnant with my third child and just a week away from being halfway. Woohoo. My first trimester was horrible (as usual) with extreme morning sickness and complete exhaustion, but I have definitely got my appetite back and am feeling a lot more energetic and healthy although I fear I am gaining too much weight. I put on 25kgs with each of my previous pregnancies (shew!) and thankfully managed to lose most of it so this time around I vowed to only put on 12-15 kgs so that I could lose it a bit faster and hopefully not have as much discomfort in the last 6 weeks. But alas, I seem to look at food and the kgs pile on. I'm not a major lover of chocolate and ice-cream but I am craving bread and cheese amongst other things :( Oh well, I'll just have to work that much harder after the birth.
