Tasting The Terms: Wine Words Put Into Practice - 7:00 - 9:00 pm
Ever wonder what someone means when they say a wine is acidic or tannic? What about high alcohol or earthy or minerally? Do you know what dry means? How about oaky? How do berry, citrus, apple, spice, or tobacco flavors express themselves in wine? Please join us as we begin our monthly wine classes at Savi Urban Market.

If you really want to learn about wine from an expert who isn’t snobby or pretentious, this is the class for you.
The $39 class cost is inclusive per person, with no tax. The class tasting includes poured samples of 6 different wines, along with gourmet cheese samples from Savi's extensive selection.
Each participant will be provided with detailed handouts on wine terms, regions, and tasting notes,as well as a wine glass to take home.
This will be a fun and unpretentious Thursday evening, and Elizabeth will provide personalized attention to your questions and observations.
Sign up in person and meet Elizabeth in advance! Just stop by Savi on Monday, April 4th from 6 to 8pm for a sneak preview.
You can try a Pinot Noir from Savi's Enomatic Machine and Elizabeth can answer your wine questions, or help you shop. It's just a taste of what’s to come on the 7th!
