Final staff meeting
All staff are invited to attend our final staff meeting before camp on Saturday, June 25, 3:00-8:00PM. The meeting will be at Fairfield Christian Church-North Campus.
The schedule is as follows:
3:00-3:30 Announcements and instructions
3:30-5:00 Family Meetings
5:00-6:00 Dinner
6:00-8:00 Final Meeting
During the family meeting time (3:30-5:00), counselors will be given their groups assignments and have opportunity to get together to plan devotions and recreation and sign postcards that will be mailed to the campers.
The final meeting (6:00-8:00) will include praise/worship, announcements, prizes and ministry.
Be Preapred
Prepare ahead of time by downloading and completing the applicable forms available at our staff information page. If you still need to get your BCI check there will be someone at the June 25 meeting so you can complete it.
Additional training
Because several staff have indicated that they have not been able to attend a previously sceduled trianing, one more trianing opportunity will be held on Saturday, June 25, 12:00-2:00PM at Fairfield Christian Church-North Campus. Please note the time. The mailing that was sent last week was incorrect.
Superkids Gives Back
 Superkids is collecting boxes of mac & cheese as a part of our "give back" program. Our goal this year is 1500 boxes.
The mac & cheese will be distributed to local food pantries. Please bring your donations to the June 25 meeting or to camp. Campers are being invited to bring mac & cheese to camp with them to help us reach the goal.
