Referee for Soccer Alaska, Get Started For Free!
Soccer Alaska is sponsoring a referee clinic for our players. The payment per game is at least
$22.50 per game for indoor and
$30 for outdoor. This can easily add a few hundred dollars to your monthly income. You can work as many or as few games as fit your schedule, and we can schedule around your games as a player. As an added bonus, refereeing vastly increases knowledge of the game and can make you a better player!
Now, not only do is the class free but we will
also give all new referees a uniform kit with everything you need to get started. The value of this deal is about $175. To sweeten the deal even more, beginning in September 2012 the player fee will be waived for all active referees.
Our referee clinic will be
Friday, February 17 from 5-10pm and Saturday, February 18 from 9am-5pm. Participation in both days is required. Upon signing up for the clinic new referees will then be scheduled for 4 training games in the two weeks after the clinic with senior referees (these games are considered part of the training and will be paid at half the normal rate).
