Wishing you a Merry Christmas

Making Labtrac more affordable

We realise times are difficult in the current financial climate, so we have been working to make life easier for new and existing customers. We have invested in a Direct Debit facility which we hope to have setup early in the New Year, this will allow you to spread the cost of upgrades and support payments.

We have also been listening to your feedback regarding our new systems such as the email manager and web portal. We know not all your dentists have email so its hard to justify the upfront cost, however we feel there are great savings to be had with these modules so the Email Manger is now available for £12 a month (inc VAT). For more details on this and our new monthly price list check out the website.

We also plan to announce a fantastic offer for the Labtrac Xchange web portal in the new year that will mean everyone can try it for free and only pay when you get a reasonable number of customers.

Labtrac Enterprise

Our last newsletter went to all our Professional and Standard users outlining the new developments we have just released for them. While we dont have any new releases for our Enterprise users just yet, I wanted to let you know a little bit about whats going on and planned for the future.

Just in case you missed the company announcement email, Keith and I have setup a new development company called Labtrac Solutions. This company will be responsible for developing a suite of add-on solutions for the entire Labtrac range as well as any new versions or additional core products we may develop in the future. We hope this investment will strengthen the Labtrac brand in the short term as well as secure a long future for your systems.

I aim to contact Enterprise users over the next few months to discuss you individual plans for the future to see where we can help, but until then why not have sneek look at what we have planned in our development roadmap below.
